10-Meter Air Rifle
Match may be conducted at the District, Section, or Outpost level between the dates of January 1- October 31.
Match may be conducted indoor or outdoor
Follow all match guidelines and send results with entry fees to NRA Competitive Shooting Division. All entries must be postmarked by November 15.
Results will be tabulated and released after December 31, individual and team awards will be mailed soon after.
Individuals may enter this match only once per calendar year. All competitors must be a member of a current chartered outpost.
Competitors will enter in only one of the following categories:
- Sub-junior: competitors who will not reach their 15th birthday in the calendar year of competition.
- Intermediate-junior: competitors who reach their 15th or 16th birthday in the calendar year of competition.
- Junior: competitors who reach their 17th or *18th birthday in the calendar year of competition.
* To compete as an 18-year-old Junior, the competitor must be an expedition member and may not be serving as a Lt. Commander in the outpost.
Individual awards will be presented from the NRA Competitive Shooting Division for first place in each category (There must be two competitors for 1st place to be awarded). Additional awards will be provided for each additional ten competitors in a category.
Team awards will be presented for the first place in each category. One additional award will be provided for each five additional teams.
The national Royal Rangers office will present awards for 1st-3rd place in all categories.

Any NRA certified AR-5/10 target may be used. For information on where to purchase official targets, refer to the target supplier’s page.
Note: Each year any qualified Royal Ranger, who whishes to compete at the annual International BB Gun Championship Match sponsored by Daisy®, in the individual 10 meter Sporter Air rifle competition may do so. For more information on the IBBGCM, look up http://ibbgcm.home.att.net/.
