LTA—Leadership Training Academy
A New Training Philosophy

The Leadership Training Academy (LTA) has adopted a continuous training philosophy. It places training content into “modules” that commanders can complete in eight hours or less. This approach gives the commanders many training options to customize a training plan that meets their unique needs! Additional modules will be added as new training ideas or program changes are incorporated into Royal Rangers. This makes the LTA a life-long commitment to training!

LTA modules will not require homework, exams, or major time commitments outside the module. The major highlights of this approach are:

  • Quizzes, no Exams required to pass!
  • “On Your Own” experience suggestions, no required homework!
  • Everyone who attends passes with a Council of Achievement held at the conclusion of every module!

The training listed here is just the beginning of the type of world-class training that will soon be available to every commander through the LTA!
