BGMC Blesses Jackson's Ridge, South Africa

Over the
years, BGMC has been our number one donor here at Jackson's Ridge Training Camp
in South Africa. Last year the children in A/G churches across the United
States gave $5.7 million to the work of missions around the world.
Every once in a while, a little of that money lands at Jackson's Ridge.
What has BGMC done for Jackson's Ridge over the years? The list is long, but here are a few noteworthy contributions:
- provided the entire kitchen set-up at the Owen Carr Centre
- built Lake Buddy
- built teaching venues called lapas
- built a basketball court
- built a challenge course
- provided archery equipment
- bought horses and tack
- provided John Deere Gators
- imported portable PA systems for outreach
- sent teams of children's pastors to train our leaders
- purchased an authentic Indian tipi
- bought
earth balls for camping program (see above photo)
- provided wireless microphones
- and on and on
For over 15
years, BGMC has been blessing Jackson's Ridge.
Dave and Mary Boyd (David serves as national director for BGMC and Mary as BGMC coordinator) just led a team of 10 district BGMC directors to Zambia with a stop off at Jackson's Ridge for a kids' camp. BGMC sponsored about 40 disadvantaged kids to attend the camp, and our BGMC visitors were privileged to minister to the kids through activities and a special anointing service-where all the children passed through a prayer line and were prayed for individually.
Thank you to the children of America and to the BGMC program for partnering with Jackson's Ridge to "change children's lives." Together we are making a huge difference!
