Lisa Lyons

Lisa Lyons is our publications coordinator. Her main job is putting together the BGMC Missions Manual every year. Previously she worked with Radiant Life as the editor of Young Explorers Children's Church curriculum.

Lisa's husband, Tim, is a licensed professional counselor and an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. He is currently the director of a church-run, faith-based counseling center.

Prior to the move to Springfield, Tim and Lisa pastored a small church in Minnesota. As a pastor's wife, Lisa taught children's Sunday School, children's church, Missionettes, and children's choir.

Tim and Lisa have two children: Christopher (married to Hanna Hosack, missionary kid from Thailand) and Monica (married to Chad Gallinger), all of whom are serving the Lord wholeheartedly. Lisa enjoys writing Christian fiction, cross-stitching, and collecting medieval replicas and weaponry.
