1. Can the streaming video feeds be viewed on a MAC?
The streaming video and audio files are Windows Media Format. There is a version of Windows Media available for the MAC platform (PowerPC). Intel MACs can view Windows Media files by using Flip4Mac. When you install Flip4Mac WMV you can play Windows Media files
using QuickTime Player and view Windows Media content on the
Internet using your web browser.
2. Do I need to disable my personal firewall software to receive the streaming media feeds?
Yes. Personal firewall software (Zone Alarm, McAfee, etc.) have been known to disable streaming media feeds. You must disable the firewall software.
3. I can't hear the sound from the streaming media feeds.
Try the following solutions.
- Make sure that your computer's sound is not muted. You can access your computer's sound controls from the Control Panel.
- If you are trying to listen with external speakers, make sure that they are plugged in to the appropriate port on your computer and that they are turned on. Sound is muted (Control Panel). Also make sure that headphones are NOT plugged in.
- If you are trying to listen with headphones, make sure that headphones are plugged in fully into the appropriate port on your computer.
4. What version of Windows Media Player should I use?
Windows Media Player 9 or higher is recommended. You can download the most current version at:

5. What is the link to receive the streaming media feeds?
