Steve and Jill McCarthy are new missionaries headed to the country of Uruguay. Since they were teens they have felt a call to the mission field and they are so excited to obedient to God's call on their lives. They are heading to one of the most economically and politically advanced counties in all of Latin America, yet one of the hardest to reach with the gospel. Steve and Jill will be involved in teaching and training pastors at a Bible school, planting churches in the most unreached parts of the country, and using soccer as a tool of evangelism to reach the people. Please pray for them as they begin their journey to the "Graveyard of Latin American Missions". Currently they are in language school in Costa Rica.
