Onsite Registration: $95 / $40 student rate

- Registration refund requests must be submitted in writing and postmarked by December 2, 2009. No telephone requests will be accepted.
Submit a detailed outline of the refund request, including registrant's name and event. Be sure to enclose all items that were received in the mail.
No refunds will be processed on-site. There will be a $10 per person processing fee for all refunds.
