Groups of ten or more will receive one complimentary registration. In order to receive this discount, the group must register by mail or FAX.

Registration refund requests must be submitted in writing and postmarked by October 31, 2010. No telephone requests will be accepted. Submit a detailed outline of the refund request, including registrant's name and event.

No refunds will be processed on-site.
There will be a $10 per person processing fee for all refunds.
