Enrichment journal Wins EPA Awards

Enrichment journal received recognition during the 2009 Evangelical Press Association convention held in Indianapolis, Indiana, May 6-8, 2009 for works published in the 2008 calendar year.

Enrichment received a total of seven awards, the most it has received in a year. Enrichment received the Award of Merit in the Christian Ministries category. It was the fifth time in its history Enrichment captured either the Award of Excellence or the Award of Merit, which represents the highest honors bestowed by EPA.

The journal's remaining six awards came in the Higher Goals categories of Biblical Exposition (first place), Publication Design (first place), Cartoon (first place), Typography-Lettering (first place), Single-Theme Section/Issue (second place), and General Article: Long (fourth place).

This is the third consecutive year that Enrichment received a publication-high four or more awards.

"Receiving the awards is a great honor," said Rick Knoth, Enrichment's managing editor. "The Enrichment team is pleased to have their work recognized by the Evangelical Press Association. But more than the awards, we are grateful that Enrichment is in a strategic position to help resource other Pentecostal leaders from around the globe with high-quality leadership materials."

The Evangelical Press Association is a professional journalism organization for Christians with nearly 300 publications/members and a combined circulation of 20 million readers. Each year the EPA honors outstanding work done by its members in an annual awards competition. The award competition drew nearly 900 total entries from the EPA membership.
