Servant Church (formerly Clarks Green Assembly of God) is a growing, contemporary church in the suburbs of Lackawanna County, PA. In 2019, we changed our name to Servant Church of the Abingtons to better reflect the character of Christ (as the servant of all) and to our broader region (the Abingtons area). In keeping with that vision, this church has abandoned the 'grow your church' model for the broader biblical vision of 'building God's Kingdom.' We have been instrumental in regional outreaches that have resulted in thousands praying to receive Christ in the streets of northeastern Pennsylvania. We major on hearing from God and tending ourselves to the active move of the Holy Spirit. Our church features a full-service cafe in our lobby, handicap accessibility & restrooms, staffed nursery, dynamic children's program, and (most importantly) solid preaching, prayer, and worship ministries.
