The pastor or district/network superintendent can request assistance, when damage has occurred, due to a natural disaster, by calling our office at 417.862.2781 ext 3020 or by emailing [email protected] or you can download an AG Disaster Relief Application (PDF), here.
Your completed application should be sent to AG Disaster Relief, 1445 N. Boonville Ave, Springfield, MO 65802 or [email protected]. AG Disaster Relief will review the applications and partner with your district office to determine need for and amount of assistance you qualify for. You will be notified of our decision.
You can support the ministry of AG Church Disaster Relief and your funds will be available immediately to churches in need. With your help, rebuilding churches will positively affect and minister to a community in a time of crisis.
