Sound Life Church of the Assemblies of God began in 1936 and for many years was known as Spanaway Assembly of God. Since the congregation moved its facilities out of the community of Spanaway in the 1970's, and we wanted to reflect our regional identity, the name was changed in 2001. Our mission is: Building a Spirit filled, Great Commandment church with a Great Commission heart. In order to accomplish that, we follow the Sound Life principles: Service, Outreach, Unity, Nurture and Devotion.
